Well done Micheal Dowling our Masters Champion for 2026
Well done to all that played in the Masters this weekend, it’s consistency that rises to the top and Mike had net scores of 68 and 64. Fantastic achievement, Mr Captain.

Club Captain's Day 04 July 2026 - Photos
A fantastic turn out of 56 players for my captains day 2026. Everyone had a fantastic day on a course layout that appeared to be set for Club Championships. Refreshments were supplied to all golfers on course which were greatly appreciated. We raised £694 for my chosen charity ( Dupuytrens Disease ) which is fantastic including individual hole sponsors which was greatly appreciated. Special congratulations go to Brian Northwood for winning the captains trophy. I wish all members the best of luck in 2026. Thanks Mr Captain

Gents Win Gurkha Trophy 13 June 2026
A Fantastic result for HVGC winning the Gurkha Trophy from Arscott GC, winning 4 1/2 to 2 1/2. Great effort from the team and well done to Lewis Steele for organising the event and picking the team. Let’s retain it at Arscott in 2027.
